Owner Mike Rainville discovered his passion for wood working during the 1970’s, later expanding his love of woodworking into a business, when demand continued to rise.
Maple Landmark Woodcraft currently employs about 40 workers in Middlebury, Vermont. Since its inception, the company has extended its product line to over 1000 items, including their well-known personalized name trains.
They also have a collection of toys known as the Schoolhouse Naturals Line. These toys are made specifically for younger children, designed without chemical finishes or decorations.
