If there is one invention that truly radiates the pride of America, it would have to be an item associated with the United States Army. A common thing that comes to mind is the massive and powerful Humvee, driven by the American Military.

Humvees are heavily armored vehicles that were created back in 1984 by AM General for military purposes and are still used by military personnel to this day. The name came from the acronym HMMV which stands for High Mobility Multipurpose Vehicle. Humvees became well known in the 1990s because of their use in the Persian Gulf War and eventually led to the creation of the popular Hummer.

AM General is an American heavy vehicle manufacturer located in South Bend, Indiana. The AM stands for American Motors and their company could not be more proud to display their Americanism. This creation by AM General emanates Americanism, and was designed and built with American ingenuity by hardworking individuals who take pride in their work.
